Wedding dress alterations in Sandy Springs, Georgia

Nina Samimi has been altering wedding gowns in metro Atlanta since 1977. She works by appointment from her studio on Roswell Road, and she does every alteration herself, from the first pin to the final press.

Brides come to her with the gowns other shops turn away: fully beaded bodices, structured corsetry, cathedral trains, and heirloom dresses from a mother or grandmother. Fifty years at one bench is what makes that possible.
